-For all members, please let a staff member deal with a situation, try not to
interfere when they are doing so.
-Colors and Avatars cannot be reserved as there are enough for everyone to
share. Use them as they are available and do not fight over them.

Basic Guidelines for Moderators:

-Offense: An offense is a breech of the rules.
-On first offense, either gag and warn or just warn depending on the situation.
On second offense, warn again. Third offense should get a kick. If the member
comes back and keeps on offending, warn one more time and then ban. *This
can change based on the situation, however these are basic guidelines.
-If you feel a member deserves an immediate ban depending on the severity of
the situation you should do so.
-Member rudeness towards a moderator or you should be counted as any other
offense: simply warn and do not take it personally. That is, you shouldn’t IP ban
because they insulted you one time, deal with the situation as you would a
member.
-If a member argues with you about a moderator decision, simply warn them
and if they continue gag/kick. Do not try and argue your way out of things.
-If you feel a situation if out of hand, you should kick the room in order to get
things back together. Do not use this too often.
-Moderators should demonstrate good behavior and an understanding of the
rules at all times.
-Moderators should not read other member’s PMs as they are private.
-If unsure about how to handle a situation, PM a higher up moderator and they
will help you with it.

Flash chat note:-Sometimes the chat is glitchy and will kick you out, do not be
quick to blame someone if you have not done anything.
-Be aware that sometimes PMs are sent to every member of the chat, if you wish
to discuss something private, the best place is an instant messaging service.
